Motivation

In order to get people to visit your website, you need to promote the content on it. The lowest common denominator is still email, not RSS, so we need to be able to generate an email based on content that is added to the site.

Proposal

Use Malthe's Plone4ArtistsNewsletter product. Combined with his Collage product for aggregating the content to be included in the newsletter, and a 3rd party email distribution service such as Mailman or Google Group, this makes for a very powerful and flexible solution
