Motivation
When artists upload content to the site, they will want to assign a Creative Commons license to the audio, video or photo so that it's clear how what license that content is using.
Proposal
Use the ContentLicensing product developed by Brent Lambert from the Center for Open Sustainable Learning at Utah State University.
