Intuitively from experience with other pop-up calendars I half-expect:
1. a click in the background window, beyond the bounds of the pop-up, to bring the background window to foreground
2. what seems to be the title bar of the pop-up window to be drag-able, so that the pop up can at least be moved out of the way.
Experimenting, I find that clicking a second time on the icon hides the pop up window; it's a toggle, on/off. But that toggle won't be immediately obvious.

- Steps to reproduce:
- 1. p4acal.buildout built a few minutes ago.
2. In the content area, click the icon to present the pop-up time navigator.
3. Click beyond the pop-up.

Month view: switch appears at centre of the bar.
Week view: switch appears at the far left of the bar, but only for as long as it's not used.
Week view: as the switch is activated, and the pop-up appears, the switch moves away from the left.
If the icon retains is to retain switch effect (show/hide) then it's most important for its placement to _never_ move. Ergonomics, if you like.

Clicking somewhere else to get rid of the popup does make sense. I must say that I do not see the point in being able to drag it around.
The icon doesn't move on my system, so you need to tell me your system information. I'd also like if you resumbit that as a bug, as this issue is a feature request.
