The work depicts a woman with blonde hair in 1930s style green dress standing centre, facing front and holding in her right hand a bloodied sword and with her left hand dropping the severed head of a man which she holds by his dark hair into a sack held by a dark haired woman dressed in an olive blouse and brown skirt who stands facing back. The body of a man wearing grey trousers, brown belt and white shirt lies sprawled on the floor beside a bed.
