The project Media.Coop is a partnership between several universities in Austria and several development companies including Lovely Systems and Blue Dynamics. Nate Aune (Jazkarta) was also involved in the early implementation phase of the project to build out the basic content types and infrastructure for the site.

The goal of the project is to offer students a web-based tool where they can post their audio, video and photo project work, and other students can comment on their work.

All of the PloneMultimedia products were used in building this site: ATAudio, ATVideo, ATPhoto. These types were subclassed to address the specific requirements of the MediaCoop project. Nate's tutorial Multimedia and Podcasting with Plone discusses in more detail how this was done.
